How bad can a willie gone wrong damage the frame??
2007 ZX-6R
Well, to be honest, I did not popped it on purpose. I tried to take of from a dead start but I [freak]ed up with my anxiety. It popped a willie and it dropped to the left side. I had frame sliders in the front and rear. The frame slider from the swing arm broke off and the front just bent a little. The frame slider did not manage to save the stator cover by just a small area. Im sad and pissed because it was not my intentions to hurt my best friend and now I feel like I totaled it. I got told that yeah it probably messed up a little but that they have very strong frames. I just cant get over the thought that I droped my bike.
Whats your experiences or thoughts about this?

First, your English is terrible. That's thought number 1. Second thought is why the hell were you taking a passenger when you obviously are inexperienced (at least that's what I'm getting from the comment of how you hurt your best friend..unless your best friend is the motorcycle in which case you have serious issues)? 3rd thought is why do you have an '07 ZX-6r when you can't handle it?

My 2008 ZX6R is my first bike and I haven't even been riding a year and I have never accidentially wheelied so high that it would go down. You need to learn betteR clutch control or something. Now wheelies on purpose are another story

yeah i'm not seeing anything about a passenger, i think he's reffering to the bike... maybe we should get the bike's side of the story on this one

well it was a accidental drop. I've been having this bike since it came out back in 07 and this is the first time I drop it. Im not even going to try to prove that im a good rider, it just happens that I fuked up.
Go get your frame checked at a dealer. It would take a pretty good blow to total the bike unless the plastics are trashed, too.
Oh, and I suggest you start riding with more responsible people that will teach you better riding habits.

One-eyed Willie?

One-eyed Willie?
FYI even if there is a scrape in the coating of a frame an insurance company will (90% of the time) total it. So if you have a dent its trash to them ... fix it yourself or start looking for a new bike.
