i was driving on the high way to day i got off n came to a light n and it felt like it was going to die so i gave it gas and it was fine i drove another 300 ft n it stalled i stared it back up and itback fierd . please help

 

Did you check to see if it has spark and fuel?
Possibilities:
1) Jumped timing belt teeth
2) main relay for the fuel pump gone/ fuel pump or sending unit gone
3) Coil or igniter gone
4) dizzy ground, or fuel pump ground became loose ( unlikely)

 

i pulled it into a parking lot n the battery was smoking i guess it was overheating so igot a new batery n it started up n i drove it home but it was surgen the hole time do u think it can be the coil pack

 

Are you sure it was the battery smoking?????? I've only heard of that WHILE THE CAR IS ON FIRE... or your alternator is fooked...

 

ya it might sound funy but it was my battery i thought it was going to explode i was smoking n there was battery acid comeing out the caps n after i put the new battery in the car started but it surged the whole time . when it first did it the motor hesitated n back fired and all the lights came on

 

Please, have it checked out in a garage. i don't really want to hear about your car catching fire...
as for surging, do you have a Check engine light on?

 

ther ant any check engine light on i am taking to a honda mechanic tomoro but i just someone would help me or if it happend to someone else i mean a battery cant make that **** happen can it

a battery can cause your car to not start. and die out in odd cases. by surging to you mean the idle is just jumping up and down between a and b rpms? or the lights are dimming and becoming bright? try resetting your ecu.

 

how do u reset the ecu in a 93

 

7.5 amp fuse in compartment right beside the battery (under the hood)
did the mechanic say anything??????????????????????????????
