Integra rear light/ brake light question

Integra rear light/ brake light question
So my rear right side light does not light up when I turn on the lights. The other side works fine. But when I press the brakes, all the lights come on just fine. So I was wondering if I have some kind of a wiring problem or should I just get a new bulb? This is on a 2001 gsr.
