Timing belt slippin 1/8th inch off cam gears.....

is this normal? B18C1 ......just need to know....i push the belt back on , start the car, then it makes the slip sqealing noise back to same position......thanks.,.,

i also have a moon cut valve cover, so i can see what is happening..... running OBD1 ECU with no Jumper harness.....no vtec hooked up, will be shortly but needed a car to just drive to work on.....OBD2 motor setup....attempting to convert to OBD1....
did youi change the timing belt? if so did you put the 2 washers on the crank? one behind the tbelt and one in front that what thats for

your right it was this thing that looked like a washer....but it wasned it was like a spacer in between the alternator pully and the crankshaft pully.....thanks guys!
