so age alone makes it obsolete? what is the point of this statement?

the new ctr is made of a lighter metal... allowing them to reinforce the chassis more without adding any additional weight

wouldn't mind driving one of those. clean as hell and they say it doesn't even drive like a front wheel, too bad japan always keeps the good stuff to themselves....especially the civic mugen RR. -_-

best motoring did a time attack of the ctr sedan around suzuka, and they managed a faster laptime for the ctr than a stock nsx.
so, i suppose, if honda really want to, they can do anything?

i own one of the "ugliest vehicles"...
although it doesn't come with a differential, it's nice to drive.
you can feel that you loose traction in the corners. especially if in u-turns (swiss alps).
it gots a lot of understeering ('cause of the weight).
that's the reason why i put a differential of the '01 CTR into my '07.
understeering and traction loss are nearly eliminated.
and the CTR (EUDM) is faster than an S...
both are fun to drive in their way. but not really comparable in a time attack..
due to the fact of the age-difference and rwd vs. fwd

This is the only video that comes to mind when comparing the new CTR to the S2000. Yes, it does yeild a faster lap time but that could easily be the difference in tires, pads, track configuration, etc to one car's advantage over the other.

actually theres the BMI vid they were talking about.. and the s2k had no excuse not to win honestly.. other than the fact that tsuchiya was driving the ctr.
