i drive a 97 gsr. one day i decided to take my car to vtec. i dont smash that much. then i notice my temperature gauge shoots up to super hot. it goes up every time i start my car. even when its cold. dont know what the problem is now. need help.

 

maybe its your coolant? do you have enough?

 

Or possibly you're temp sensor is out of whack. Does it go up immediately after starting the car? Or does it take a few minutes, and then it steadily goes up?
