Ok so the car ran fine all day at home, get to the track and after warm up i notice all kinds of oil coming out from somewhere on the passenger side of the head area. Dont know if its that cam seal there or the vtec solenoid. Just replaced all the valve cover gaskets. Anyone have any idea where all the oil could be coming from cus its a good bit. Did the same thing for the main race, shot oil out everywhere and started to short out some of my wires. Must only do it when im racing and car has a load on it.

 

Ok so ive come to conclusion that it may be my transmission lines since they arent attatched to anything? Also im having problems getting into any gears??

 

WHAT?? a picture says 1000 words. Take a pick if you can. Remove your vtec solenoid and take a picture of right under your cam cap seal. If it shows up under the lowest part of your tranny, thats the best spot to start with. Always work your way from top to bottom with oil leaks.

worst case scenerio buy the uv dye and a black uv light. Clean your block, than run some dye in it and run your car. YOu'll find it soon enough

 

im pretty sure it was tranny fluid cus it was shooting up but not sure where, i had the 2 lines plugged off and dno if it built up pressure or what but only did it when i raced the car, but now its stuck in a gear and not sure if thats cus the fluid got low or what?
