i want to add something on my 07 si to make it quicker. i was thinking a skunk2 throttle body. is it hard to put in and worth the 250 bucks? please let me know what you think.

I think the big issue right now is tuning for our cars. I don't know if the skunk2 TB will make much of a difference since we can't tune the car. My advice: Hold off on it.

when did skunk2 come out with a tb? i am interested in this too. i thought the spoon tb was the only 1 available

 

I have to believe that this is not a DBW Throttle body and will not work. Spoon makes a DBW throttle body you can use also you can use a TSX throttle body and King Motorsport will bore out your factory throttle body from your SI and port match the intake for about $225. This would not be the first thing I would changeout. Intake,Header,exhaust, computer reflash, suspension these would be items to look at first.

well theres that one guy that bores throttle bodies for 100 bucks. saves you money.
and the skunk2 megapower is supposed to give like 6 hp i think at the vtec crossover or something like that... i forgot it was on youtube. search.
