Default Calling all Paint Guru's!!!

I have an idea of how i want my crx to look.

I don't know if anyone has seen different sets of wheels painted a type of silver that at some angles seems to change to black. I think its called hyper-black or something along those lines. how exactly is that laid on?

I'm assuming its a black base coat with some type of silver on top? can someone help me out a little bit with this.

Thanks.

Candy Black topcoat over a silver or magnesium metallic base.

Nice, now if I wanted to add very very very fine House of Kolors flakes to this would you suggest adding it in the base coat and just spraying the candy over top or keep the base regular and spraying the flake in the candy? I want to have a flake/sprakling effect but I don't want it to be overpowering. Just a little something when the light hits it.

The flake should be in the base.
