Default HONDA GURU please help!

car: 89 crx HF w/ obd0 b16. everything was fine when i pulled it out of my other car.

i duno what the hell is going on with this cel. i can't get it to turn off unless the car is warmed up and i turn the car off and start it back up. it's a code 6. ECT sensor. so far ive:

1. replaced sensor
2. checked wiring with multimeter. 5v at red wire and 5v between red and green wire
3. checked ohms between wiring at ecu and at sensor. 0 ohms
4. replaced ecu.

still same problem!

its weird...cel only comes on when i move the car. if i start it up and don't put it in gear, no cel. in gear it comes on. the only time it turns off is if i restart the car when its already warm.

check resistance between the sensor and ground. If it isn't getting a good enough ground (ie if you have thread seal tape on it) it won't get the resistance reading to the ecu.
