Default ITR seat lower and lighter than adjustable LS drivers seat?

i have a racing seat that sucks(waist belt holes are too far forward) and is annoying to get in and out of right now. My old LS seat is too high though, and makes my helmet hit against the roof during auto-x, and HPDE’s. Is the ITR drivers seat lower (and by how much), and is it lighter?
-thanks

There is no difference in height or weight between ITR and LS seat.

That is true for the relationship of the seat to the car body. However, the entire car body is 0.6 inch lower for the ITR than the LS (due to suspension differences). It won't affect the amount of headroom in the car, but you'll be sitting that much closer to the ground.
