Always use the engine harness from the car. So use 1991 Si engine harness.

so i really don't need to convert anything???

i found this answer on the web. its the same question i'm asking too. can anyone confirm?

the reason why i'm asking is because the swap i'm getting is complete, minus the engine harness. so the last thing i want to do is buy the wrong engine harness that i need for this swap.

Just so you know....the jdm sohc zc and the usdm Si engine are the same engine. The "only" difference is that the zc has a better cam that makes 10 peak hp more...only at higher rpm with a bit of loss on the low.

The dohc zc uses a different dizzy, thats correct. Its the same one found on the usdm 88-89 Integra

I had this motor in my car. It's basically identical to a D16A6, except the cam is slightly more agressive and it was listed as having 116hp stock opposed to 108hp in the A6. It's a direct drop in if you have an si. It was a good motor until I blew it up lol.
