Do you know what is the thread size of the clutch slave cylinder for B series engines?

no answer.

I am about to order braided hoses, banjo hose ends and banjo bolts and I have option of 3/8-24 or 7/16-20 bolt - which one is correct banjo bolt for hydro clutch slave cylinder?

Does slave clutch cylinder has the same thread size as wheel cylinders or disc calipers?

With that pressure going to that line you want to use a 1/8" NPT.
