Default water pressure problem need advice

Okay i drive the around about 25mins so the engine is very hot. When i go to squeeze the coolant hose from the radiator to the head there is no pressure. Im guessing its the water pump or the radiator cap. need advice i drive a 97 GSR.

Sounds to me like you already have the issue solved.

There is a pump that you can hook up to the rad to see if it's holding pressure. If it does then you need a new cap.

How many miles are on your water pump? They are suppose to be changed at 90k, but they should last longer with proper maintenance.
