Default How do you service windows of 90-93?

I have 3 windows that are screwed with no A/C (recently went out).

So the two rears uses steel wire rope to operate the windows. Well the left rear had a white piece that held the wire in place, but it kept popping out and I could not get it back into place because the inner frame of the door is blocking just about everything and the holes are too small to work around. So while trying to fix it the white piece actually broke and now it's out of commission and I think i'll be needing a new door for that. But that's not too bad since it's just the back window. Right rear has same problem so I don't even want to mess with it.

The right front recently messed up and it uses a different style system for the windows but I can't explain it. So while I was rolling it up it suddenly starts getting load then stops as if it got stuck. But while it's stuck you can hear the motor still working, it goes up and down like one inch and thats it. So I opened it up yesterday especially since it was going to rain heavily and I couldn't have someone steal my car. But the same problem arose, i'm trying to figure out whats stopping it but I can't work around the frame and the little holes and I have no way to see what's going on.

Anyone know how I am supposed to service this? I'm studying to be an Auto Tech and this is pretty annoying. If a situation like this happens while im on the clock I really have no idea how I can work around this unless I cut through the frame, but that's not a viable solution or I would have to charge the customer for a new door which is probably not a solution either. I also personally do not want to get a new door.

So seeing as I live in GA, in the summer it gets REALLY HOT and HUMID, I can't have a car that can't role down windows, especially when I can only role down the passenger window with no A/C.

Any solutions anyone because my stress is starting to rise and this is my 2nd Honda Accord (I had a 1990) that has windows messing up on me.

No one has any tips? I really want to fix this because there's no way I can drive around with no AC and without the ability to roll down my window in the heat.
