Hey guys thanks for reading, tried searching but couldn't find anything that answered my questions. I just installed new Tein S-Tech Lowering Springs on stock shocks in my 94 Hatchback Civic along with a rear swaybar and LCAs.

My problem is that after I took my first long drive after installing them (about 50 miles) I now have a loud vibrating knock that comes from my front driver-side wheel and makes my gas pedal vibrate also. The knock comes around speeds of 20-35mph and I don't hear it on turns.

I'm guessing its a bad wheel bearing or something but I came here to know for sure. I haven't gotten an alignment yet because I wanted to know what would be smart to do first, change the wheel bearing (or whatever it is that could be bad) first or get the alignment. thanks in advance for any advice.

 

I would get a alignment to narrow it down.

You don't want to drive to long if it's your alignment, you will start eating away at your tires, and they will cord and pop

But I would do what you said, get an alignment, and see if it goes away.

Check for anything rubbing/hitting. If it didnt do it before you lowered it, its probably something resulting from that.

 

I would recheck everything suspension wise. Your lugs nuts could be lose.
