I was told that on a lowered car there are different specs they go by to align the car rather than goin by the specs they use for aligning a car with stock suspension. I was wondering if any one knew these specs I needed to have it aligned or if some one knew where I could find them. I hope this clears it up a little about what Im trying to ask for.

0 front toe, OEM rear toe specs or 0, thats a personal choice. OEM rear toe spec is safer, as it is a slight toe in (I forget exact value, but the shop will know).

If you insist on keeping the camber kits, which I don't recommend, then you need to decide how much camber you want to run. For a street car, anything between the stock -1* and -3* is acceptable. Run more camber for better cornering, less if you drag race.

If it were my car, I'd ditch that suspension travel robbing front camber kit, leave the camber where ever lowering puts it to (with the rear kit set to match the front camber value), and get the toe set correctly.

Have the alignment shop set the toe to zero. Your going to want a little bit of negative camber, as it is beneficial to handling. I run about 2 degrees negative camber front and rear with no complaints or uneven tire wear.
