ok so this sunday im meeting up with a fellow HT member to complete a business transaction , we are meeting half way and well the thing is one side of the trade is a k20 and neither of us can haul a big a$$ engine hoist half way (just too big) what other ways could we transfer the engine from a truck to the back of a 98 Honda Odyssey

2 people can lift a K? how much do they weigh?

 

if 2 people can lift h22 with the tranny on then 2 people can lift a k-series

it wont be that bad if could hold about 160lbs for less then 30sec then your good

but anyway you could always bring a few people with you

 

I lifted my d17 with a transmission by hand before. My K24 wasn't terrible with 2 people.
