Ok, I have a 92 Accord, originally F22A6. The girl I bought it from forgot to change the oil regularly. Snapped #2 and #4 rods and sent them through the oil pan. The block was completely wasted. While I have looked on Ebay for a stock replacement engine They are on there, just no one will ship to a drop off point within 60 miles of my where I live.
Though I did find a few that will, but they were 98+ 2.2's and 2.4's. Question is has anyone done the 2.4 from say, the element into a '92?

I would like to keep this as simple as possible, but just the area where I live makes it hard to do that.

 

Putting an element/accord engine in a 92 accord would be far from simple. Stick with an F or H series engine.
