Default Stumped on Smoke

I have a 88 CRX (dx d15b2). I have read thread after thread about reasons as to why i may have smoke from the exhaust in my car. A whitish-blueish smoke comes from the exhaust after revving the engine and letting it idle, and also at any point in time when the engine is running at higher RPMs, anything higher thann oh say... doing about 30-35mph it smokes.

Okay, so i took a trip and threw a rod through my block when i first got the car, got a new d15b2 block off of a 89 Civic, the head gasket was in perfect condition, its torqued right. all of that good stuff ive read about. I also installedd a new radiator as to the old one had served its time, and installed a new water pump, all at the same time. Yet EVEN with this new block and crisp head gasket, im still getting smoke, sometimes worse than when i had the previous block. I installed a new PCV Valve, a new hose on it. Changed the oil. I dont have any leaks from my radiator, the fluid level hasnt changed any. I even installed a new thermostat when i put the new block on. Im just saying everything i can HOPINNGGG someone can figure this out. I installed a new timing belt, timed it myself, runs fine. New spark plugs/wires.

Occasionally, there is a black spattering from the exhaust, followed by a pop, which could and i believe is an exhaust leak from the manifold, where a nut is missing as to it only does it when slowing down on the interstate and off the gas.

I dont know what else to look at....

Could it be built up residue in my exhaust pipes?? Cat. Converter?? The exhaust pipes are pretttyy black and dirty looking... but i can only see but so far in there lol.

Frustrating...... people HATE beeing behind me.
