Default intese vibration while putting load on car

first off, i have a 93 civic hatch with b16 swap.

so im pretty sure its my axle but just in case,

whenever i get on it, theres an intense vibration. kinda like wheel hop, except this isnt wheel hop, it gets SO bad that by the time im halfway through 3rd gear i can barely steer.

just so i dont waste any money, other problems that could be wrong with it?

It could be an internal transmission problem - but I believe you're on the right track with narrowing it down to the axle.

check out the mounts. have a friend watch while you hold the brake and slowly let out the clutch. if the whole motor shifts and moves around, you've got bad mounts my friend. also check out your ball joints and tie rods while your at it. jack up the car and move the wheel forward and back and side to side. if it wiggles a lot forward and back its a bad ball joint, if its side to side then its a bad tie rod. also go over your suspension for any broken/bent parts, and move your axles in and out to check for excessive play.
