I have a 2005 Type S. I was loking for seats and I found a rear seat I like but it is for a DC2. I also saw another rear seat that was said to be for either DC2 or DC5. So my question is ... are these rear seats interchangable ? with mods? with out mods?

I heard they wont fit. Something about RSX being 50/50 split while the Integras are 20/50 when folding them down, so brackets wont match or something like that.

 

Not interchangable without a ton of work which I haven't seen done. So basically, no.

 

with mods, mouting holes dont line up and from what i eyeballed the dc5 rears are a bit wider. so you would get a gap if you put the dc2 into the dc5.

I didnt figure so but the DC2 Type-R rear seat is my favorite. The suede with red stitch. I will find one I like, and can afford.
