I just recently built a high c/r LsVtec with PCT pistons..i just wanted to get some input on whether ma stock rods and fasteners for the bottom end and gsr head bolts are going to hold together
..any feedback is greatly appreciated..thanks

you know how to build a lsvtec but you cant answer your own question it is always a good idea to upgrade rod bolts and headstuds thats just common sense

By top end I hope you mean 7500rpms...
Not trying to flame, but really, that's one thing you should not have skimped on. And I'm guessing you got a good deal on those pistons...P73-00 pistons wouldve been a better choice...

yeah I'm working on getting some rod bolts, as i've been told bout heavier ctr pistons..and how ls rods don't like that too much.

Slapped a motor together for a race? Waste of time, money, effort... period. Even with ARP rod bolts and head studs im scared to turn over 7500 in an LS/VTEC without a VTEC oil pump. Bet you dont have one of those either.
