i really need help on the cutting. is it would be possible. it would be great with pictures. thanks.

on the back of the bumper are lines where the fogs go that where you need to cut

Take your bumper off and wipe off the backside with a damp cloth. Look for the outline.

If you don't find it, come back and ask more questions.
