okay, this is my set up. 95 gsr bottom block with usdm type r piston and rods. new water pump, oil pump, etc. head is a gsr with rev valve springs, retainers, stock valves and stock gsr cams, maybe type r or skunk2 stage 1 tuners. would i be able to pass smog. my car is already ref'd for 1.8l gsr.

 

that all depends on tuning. If it's tuned correctly it should pass.
