95 civic coupe with 94 gsr swap

I just swaped out my motor with a b18c some one said I have to run one wire to the computer my check engin light comes on after the car warms up it runs good put puffs smoke what do I need to do

actually you need to run at least 3 wires to the computer...what have you done so far?
