Default Teach Me Please!

I'm hoping to start my first build in the next month or so and I need help. I have a '90 Integra with a great motor and tranny in it and I've always loved the early '90s civic hatch so I wanna find a shell and I'm rebuilding my motor and tranny to put in it. I'd like to get about 130hp to the wheels but on a budget,a TIGHT budget. I'd rather not have people trying to talk me out of this build cause it's what I want and I can do the work without a problem. It's mild and reliable and thats exactly what I want but I dont know anything about tuning.(Chrome,Hondata, etc.) and I understand thats pretty important. I have searched on here alot but I cant find anything thats toned down enough for me to understand.(too many abbreviations and insider lingo I guess) so I need someone to talk to me like a 5 year old without being an *** so I can understand. Please help me!

you need an obd1 ecu thats tunable, take your car to a dyno, have the tuner tune your car with crome (it's free) or something similar since you wanna do this for cheap

130whp out of a b18a1
i would probably put high comp pistons, a header/exhaust, and an intake manifold plus intake and the tune and pretty sure you will hit your goal

my stock motor put down 121whp on a dynojet...so really all you need are your basic bolt on parts to hit your goal and not even touch the internals or tune.

im not sure wat an ls motor makes to the wheels but with a full exhuast and intake on a tune i bet ur pretty close to the 130whp. just get a good header and a 2.5 inch exhaust with a ebay 3 inch short ram intake and tune it. cheapest 130whp i guess. but ur gonna have to decide on a tuning software ide go to whereva ur gonna tune it and ask them wat to reccommend.
