Built z6 head - safe to put on y7 block for mini-me?

I've got a built z6 head with
-Zex 59300 Cam
-Supertech nitrade coated valves
-Comp springs
-Comp titanium retainers
-Basic valve job

Would that be decent to run N/A on a mini-me setup?

Would I get any CELs?
