Default civic springs

would stock springs from a 99 civic fit on a 95 integra?

Yes. They will fit.

Now, if the question is, "Would they work acceptably?", then the answer is, "Probably not. The rates would probably be a bit low for the heavier car.".

So it would just sit lower than stock?
