Just purchased my 1st civic. (UPDATE)
Hey all as you guys know, i bought this hx about 9 months ago from an elderly lady who absolutely took immaculate care of the car. NO rust at all for a 10 year old car. Anyway, im the second owner and as soon as i got her, i knew immediatley that there were some things that needed to be changed.
1. Headlight visiblity
2. Ride of the car
3. Brake power of the car (stock was fine though)
4. Power
5. Controle and stability
6. Needed a little bling (in my eyes however)
so the first couple upgrades were:
HID's
CF power chamber intake
GSR F/R disc brakes
CTR front strut bar/ ASR brace w/ 22mm ctr sway bar and OEM endlinks
Koni Yellow and ground controles.
OEM sir lip w/ oem window visor. *BLING*
*Befor pics*

I promised myself no more upgrades at this point since i was getting really good handling, braking power and gas milage already. But....
A couple months went by and it was time for a tune up. So i purchased a b18c1 w/ ctr cams from a friend instead. Then i slapped the JDM ITR headers, SK2 IM on aswell as OEM spec ITR pistons.

Then as the car was coming together i decided i needed a new lip so i puchased a brand new OEM CTR front lip from heeltoeauto.com, and an OEM CTR grille from N1 (thanks guys)
(pic of the lip, grille not pictured still needs to be painted)

Took a look at my car and decided to get her some new shoes to complement the the heart. So i got a set of 15x7 +45 Enkei's RPF1's.

Since the exterior was complete, i hopped in the **** pit and took a look and made a decision. I needed new seats and i wouldn't be a bad idea to upgrade the steering wheel. So i opted for the SRS CTR steering wheel and Gsr (grey) seats.

Last thing i did was adding a Cusco 40mm rear strut bar in the trunk.

Instead of cutting the hole in the carpet i just made two little holes to mount it on.

Impression. Its a huge diffence in power and throttle response. Really loved how everything turned out and to me, i think everything flows well and each part complimented each other very well. With the new motor, i can really push the car and really test the the sway bar and suspension. The seats really holds me in and the steering wheel really does feel a lot better than the stock wheel. I noticed more grip with the newer tire/wheel combo and now i can really hear when vtec kicks in.
I don't plan on upgrading the motor at all, everything is fine the way it is. I do miss the 39-40 mpg though. Hope you guys approve. also, thanks to all those that helped in any way.

Might I make a suggestion, GSR cluster swap? I did it in my EK and I absolutely love it. I did mine because I didn't have a tach but I think it looks a lot better.
