FS: 95 dx white eg

FS: 95 dx white eg hatch
For sale is a 95 civic dx in white. I'm not gonna post some long story so i'll give you the specifics.
*Bad first
-Salvaged due to blown head gasket by previous owner (already swapped out)
-Some of interior is missing (I ripped out everything to reduce weight, but can put needed parts back in)
-Not the original motor (it had 300k miles so i think this is actually a good thing)
-Over 300k on the chassis (no rust or any problems though)
-No catalytic converter (just haven't gotten around to it
-Fenders different color (but clean fenders)
*now the Good
-Brand new d16y7 from japan
-Stock steering wheel on there but can be replaced with BNIB detachable
-Most parts are new, transmission, engine, intake, exhaust, lowering springs (not on the car but i'll include them), shift ***, carpet, etc.
This car was supposed to be a daily driver, then later on a quick car after some work, but my brother doesn't want to keep it (he wants to fix up some s2k). So his loss and your gain.
I'm lookin for $2500 o.b.o. flexible but please no extreme lowballing. This car is basically a shell with a brand new 1.6l non-vtec so please don't tell me its a shell and offer me $500. Pics coming soon!

I know i'm not exactly sure how that qualified but i checked it out and the frame is perfect, there are only 1 or 2 small dents on the outside, and i'm pretty sure nothing was stolen.
