Black Smoke....did I damage?
Car: 99 civic dx
Motor: 2000 usdm itr
Mileage: under 90k
Problem: Comin home lasnite oil light came on pulled to gas station put mobil clean 5000 in I usually put mobil 1 full syn drive away black ninja clouds were shootin out my exhaust and car startin havin a seizure or w/e I get home check sparkplugs and they are pretty fried
Questions: how do I fix? New plugs and oil change and did I damage nething?
Statements: Motor is very strong still gets 320+ to a full tank of gas and pulls hard, was fine driving all day and for the pat 2 months I've had the car no issues at all please help

you'd most likely over filled it did you check the dip stick? because what happens is it overfilled and burns off that way in the combustation chamber. also you might have a hurt motor if the oil light came on.
Naw didn't overfill thas the first thing I checked and oil light was on cuz I burn a lil oil from needing to do valve seals in the semi near future...could it be because I usually run a synthetic oil 99% of the time and then switched to a non syn? Keep it comin
well if the valve seals are leaking that will cause smoke from the oil burning... when you filled the oil there would have been alot of oil in the head still and when you fired it up alot of the oil would have went down into the combustion and made it smoke the only thing is is that its normally a blueish smoke for oil and a black smoke normally means fuel.
