was the front lip on the '99 si optional or was it on all si's ?....same question for the sideskirts?

 

I've seen the sideskirts and lip on every Si I've come across, pretty sure it's a standard option. I'll dig up NOFX's thread.

As for paint-matched sideskirts, I'm still pretty positive it was standard.

 

yes front lip and side skirts were stock. the rear lip however was optional and now discontinued.

All '99-'00 US Civics could be had with the optional front lip. This lip was standard on the Si coupe. The rear lip was optional for coupes and sedans. It was not even standard on the Si.

'98 US Civic coupes also had optional lip kits.

The painted sideskirts are part of the optional lip kits, but painted sideskirts came standard on the US Si.
