Hey Guys my name Is Ace, about 2 weeks ago I purchased a 92 EG8 the only problems I'm having with It are that the blinker (turn signal lights) wont work but the switch works perfectly but not flashing lights and the other problem Is that the dash (cluster) lights do not work when I turn on my lights when I start the car and turn on the light there on about for 5sec and then they disappear...so please anyone whoever had a problem/s like that give me some advice I need to get the car Inspected so I can get It registered! Thanks, by the way I'm really starting to fall In love with Honda's!!! I also own a 400hp SRT-4...

 

Maybe the flasher relay is bad?
Do the hazards work?
The dash light issue is usually the dimmer switch..
Im sorry that you own a srt 4..

 

For the blinkers not working, did you check the flashers under the dash? Little black pieces that plug in near the fuse panel?

Not sure what's causing the cluster to shut off the lights.

yeah .. very different.. but yet i've seen civic's with srt4 engines in them.. what're people thinking? heh..
