Okay I have been searching and searching on how to do this I have done many swaps in the past in newer civics but I cant figure out how to wire my LS up I was told to use my stock DX harness but what do I need to convert it to obd1 and how do I convert it to DPFI

 

first find directions to convert your dx to mpfi.
then buy a obd0 to obd1 harness, these are cheap on ebay and well worth the time you'll save trying to make your own.

there is more but it depends what year LS you have.
