I guess by the topic name most of you may know what I mean already. But for those that don't, have you seen the H.I.D. equipped cars with projectors that seem to almost change the color of the beam when they bounce on the road from far away?

For example, the BMW X5 (SUV), and the S2000 look this way from far away. They seem to change colors from purple to bright white to almost yellowish back to purple and so on. This is depending on how the projectors hit your eyes I guess.

I was just wondering, does the JDM Integra front end give this same look? I have H.I.D. on my Integra right now with the U.S. front end, and it doesn't flicker the color when it's afar. I compared my projectors to the X5 and the S2000, and those seem to have a smaller projector ball and not as much chrome housing around them as the U.S. Integra. I'm pretty sure this has to do with the appearance of it but I'm not sure. I am planning on getting the JDM front end on my car, and I was wondering if maybe any of you guys knew if it looked better H.I.D. equipped than the U.S. model? I'm pretty sure it does, but in that case, does it resemble a color change from afar?

I was wondering so if any of you have experience or have seen a JDM Integra from afar with H.I.D., please reply.

only cars with stock HIDs and projectors have that color changing effect.
if you took the projector and hids from those cars and put it in the teg, then it would look like that.

if you got the jdm itr front w/ jdm hids, it would probably have the color changing on it since its stock.

 

what kinda HID's do you have on your DC2?
