Default Passenger Side door power lock no working

On my passenger side the door does not lock or unlock if I use any power lock switch. The passenger side switch locks and unlocks all the doors other than itself. The door must be locked manually. What could this be ? Im thinking its the actuator

fixed the problem. It was actually that the body shop the previous owner brought it to did a ghetto job and the connectors were different and he left them disconnected, just hardwired and fixed
