a n00b that is....hmmm...****....how should i word this....ok so ive decided i want an exhaust...but i need some input...what would sound good...nothin soundin like Andy Dick when he saw a pic of a nekid chic...and nothin that would be louder than Fat Albert fartin...something simple and sleak...none of this duck tape a coffee can to my emblem and roll ****...you know....and something that would interupt my savings of a swap...hmm....

right now i have 2.5 piping back cuz i had a lil sumtin sumtin but a missle went threw it...so im back to stock with the help of John...thanks....any ideas eh?

Just get a DC Sports or Tanabe Hyper Madallion exhaust. They sound much better than fart pipes because of the resonators. They both have excellent build quality. Nuff said.

 

i see...well all i need is a muffler...dont really want the whole cat back...i might go for a Random Tech cat as well while im at it..****.

 

Sorry, get a Dynomax muffler with dual exits. They sound freakin awesome! I even have one on my car.

No, I just put some tasteful slash cut tips. They were about 2.25 each.

shan...you stunna you!...dude...if the muffler is all you want then you might as well cut it off before the muffler...it'll end up making the same sound anyways and give you more power that way!....no but actually i think tanabe might make an axle back exhaust...but i'm not positive about that...just find yourself a good axle back system...

 

I gotta DC and i love it, it only gets a littlw loud when I get on it, besides that its quite quiet.. go with DC , itsa good product

I hear ya. I got rearended twice at low speeds because I was sitting in neutral with the brake off at a red light. I think people should be forced to learn how to drive a manual transmission before they can get their driver's license so they actually KNOW that not every car rests on it's brakes at a light or automatically moves forward from a stop on a hill...

they don't need to learn how to drive a manual. instead, they need to learn how to drive. who would keep moving if they can see the car isn't moving? If they are coming up on a car, they should slow down

although, what you're doing is probably illegal since you're not in gear and your brakes aren't applied
