Radiator cap problem!!!!

Radiator cap problem!!!!PLEASE HELP!!!
Hey i have an aftermarket radiator and after i drive my car antifreeze always leaks out of the radiator cap but just a little. Does this mean i need a new radiator cap? and can i use a stock if i do?
