Default clutch slipping in cold weather?

I live in the Northeast. Last year around snowboarding season my clutch started slipping when I'm heavy on the throttle. Spring/Summer rolled around, the weather warmed up and I could be in WOT and no slipping at all. Now its getting cold again and it's starting to slip again. Has anyone seen this before?
