Default new to the honda scene and need some pro advice

i am look to do a motor swap and i would like to know what is the best bang for my buck.

i have a 1991 crx si and i am pretty sure the wiring is OBD0 if this is wrong "OBD0" please inform me your help and advice is appreciated thank you.
