Default gear shortened.. (now what??)

i understand the concept that a longer ratio would be needed(better) to make sure your turbo spool up (full potential)..

i have shorter gear ratios (higher final drive)... wouldn't this upset the turbo set up? then again.. if a supercharger is always pulling... wouldnt the FD enhance it JRSC even better then say turbo?

comments welcomed.

I dont really understand your question, but you can run a taller or shorter tire with the same effect as changing gear ratios...

to simplify>>>

longer gear ratio = better for turbo (because turbo needs time to spool up)

now... if shorter gear ratio... is that better for SC? (SC does not need time to spool.. power is there instantly)

hope this clairfies.

to rephrase.. "if i run JRSC.. is it better to have shorter or longer gear ratios?"
