i have $7,000 what can i do to a 5th gen prelude motor ? to hit around 13's

is it possible to put a turbo if soo is it a good idea to put a turbo ? i want it to be a daily driven car what would i have to buy and do to keep it safe ?

if i want to hit low 13's how much will it cost me ? what will i need to buy ?

If you want to go turbo get a good clutch, good tires, sleeve the block, run forged pistons and rods, and get a good turbo kit and intercooler.
