What's the cheapest (yet reliable) full turbo kit? I said reliable, because obviously Ebays the cheapest, but not reliable (You may say otherwise, BUT it's a gamble no matter what you say). I'm thinking the Rev Hard Stage II (about $3k) on stock internals. Which of course doesnt include tuning, or a boost controller.
Anyone else know of any good and cheap turbo kits? Preferably under $3k, and better than Ebay.

For state inspections (I live in NC), I believe if your car is a 96^ they can check everything with a computer, so if I have a 95 Del Sol should I be fine passing inspections without changing anything back to stock after I add a turbo?
