Default LSV BUILD INPUTS

i heard that if i run a lsv with b16 head and b16 tranny with ctr pistons only, it will smash good and be reliable, is this true?

i had built an ls-vtec engine with ls block and b16 head. I Used b16 pistons and also put the ARP Rod bolts. It ran very good and wa reliable even though i beat on the car everyday and a few mis shifts to 9k and still lasted. Put about 10k hard miles on it. the key in the build is the Rod bolts, most times the rods get shot when you rev the engine to 8k.

so the setup i meantion is ok as long as i put some arp bolts right? im only lookin to red at 8k-9k. will that be ok?
