Ok so i got these subs a while ago and they hit hard but i have a headunit that the volume goes from 0 to 35, 25 volume is ideal for the subs its sounds like because when i go to 30 or more the subs just cut in and out what causes this?

what kind of amp do you have and how big is your power and ground wires??
