Default 2000 civic dx did integra disc all around and brakes wont bleed pedal goes to the floor!

ok i have a 2000 civic dx and the brakes were working just fine before i went back to 4 lug integra disc all around (i had 5 lug itr conversion) after everything was done and connected me and my friend tried doing the pumping the pedal method while the other opens the valve kinda thing and pedal got a little stiffer but still going to the floor then we noticed that the brake master cylinder was leaking and so we replaced it with a napa reman one pretty much new and tried pumping ?bleeding the brakes again and still getting the same results pedal is a little stiff but still goes to the ground. and so we tried using one of those one man bleeder things powered by a air compressor and still was the doing the same thing we cant figuere it out help you guys lol!!! this is my DD and need to get it running!! anything else that coul be wrong???? there are no leaks anywhere and no pinched brake lines we didnt touch any of the hard lines just soft! so when i bought the new brake master cylinder was i suppose to bleed it? cuz ive replaced one before on a crx and i didnt bleed the master cylinder while it was off the car it bleed fine after installing!!!!!! please guys HELP!!!!!!
