crx seats
Sure. I swapped mine. Remove the seat, remove the rails. Remove the top half of the seat Swap the seat pans by removing the hog rings, and replace them with new hog rings OR use some good zip ties. I believe theres a write up on here somewhere. If you can take something apart and reassemble it, you should be good to go. It's not really complicated. Just takes some pateience. Should only take 4-5 hours. I would advise clearing a large floor space, and laying out both driver and passenger sides next to each other. It took me 4 hours, and I was being really patient.
What is it that you're trying to do? Is your fabric worn out? Are your cushions deteriorated? I went to a junkyard and found some old Si seats. I took the best cusions/ covers of the 4 seats I now had and assembled them into two MINT front seats.
If you need some new seat covers, I've got a set of 88-89 Si seat covers that I had dry-cleaned and I never used. They are the Black with grey stripe centers.
Good Luck.

Yeah, I kinda did that too. It did not take me as long, but I learned a valuable lesson: if your seats have a pattern (as my CTX seats do) spend more time on properly stretching and attaching the cover. Otherwise those stripes will look way crooked, mine do, so I am going to re-do 'em again. In the future.
Just so you know, depending on your seat you might have to reverse mounting pattern, i.e. I had to puncture hole in vinyl on the opposite side, and cut opening for the bracket on other side. Nothing revealing, though.

Too bad it is not direct fit to ma hatch... Good luck.
