Default crooked wheel?

I recently got a 92 hatch and I noticed that the rear wheel was tured into the wheel well pretty badly. Can someone tell me what could be the cause of this... I cant really explain what it looks like...i will get some better pix later. Would I need an allignment, camber kit, or is something broken or bent? I just lowered it on Tokicos with h&r springs.

that would be negative camber. You can either just get the car aligned and have the toe fixed, or you can get a camber kit and have the toe and camber set back to factory, whatever helps you sleep at night. But with proper toe, camber won't really affect your tire wear.

*edit: does it look like the rear wheel in this pic?

If so, it's camber.
