My igniter went out at about 250k. It did not give any warning like your car did, however, just died. It would crank and everthing worked, no spark, no go. MSN lists it as a common failure in our cars.

May want to look into.

You have to go through the no start troubleshooting process to find out what is missing. Spark, fuel or compression. But most likely a no spark issue.
A no spark issue could be the igniter, distributor sensors or the ignition coil but you have to test one at a time to avoid spending on unnecessary parts. Or you can just get a rebuilt distributor assembly.

to me it sounds like you dont have any compression. i would check compression!
when it got hot it could have warped the head, or blew the gasket.

Try checking your main relay. Located high under the dash. I have a 92 Accord EX and I had the same problem. So frustrating! I watched the video, and it sounds like the same problem I had. I tested the ignitor coil and it ohmed bad (replaced it). All other starting components were fine. But when I started reading other forums about the main relay over and over again I decided to make the effort!! Was well worth it!! Try the URL at the bottom of my reply it'll walk you through all the steps! Hope it works out for you!! Also, I took a large magnifying glass and you could see the cracks at the solder joints! Just look REALLY close at each joint and all around it! I almost missed a cracked joint. Have had zero problems since the fix!http://techauto.te.funpic.org/mainrelaydefine.php
